Are you interested in becoming a vendor at Family Farm Day? Are you a for-profit business that sells something that is appropriate in a youth-friendly farm environment? If yes, you’re in the right place.

You get: A 10’x10′ vendor site
Cost: is $50 for the day. If you need electricity at your site there is an additional $45 fee.

Please fill out the application form below. After review of your submission and if accepted, you will receive an email with an invoice for payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Trucks will not be allowed to park behind or next to your site. Vendor parking will be provided, but please make plans to ensure that you can drop off everything needed from your vehicle before the event.

Artist Vendor Application

Please upload (2) clear photos that are representative of your work.




• If your website does not have clear photos of your work, you may be asked to submit 2-3 images that are good examples.
• Only items handcrafted by the participating artist/crafter will be accepted and be allowed for sale the day of the fest.
• All shelters, tents, tables, chairs, signs, and merchandise must conform to the 10ft x 10ft space and are your responsibility and will not be provided by MARC.
• Please be prepared to comply with requests from MARC on the day of the event to ensure safety and smooth operation of the fest. Failure to do so will result in your removal from the fest without refund.
• MARC assumes no liability for injuries or damage occurring from the event under any circumstances. Vendors will be responsible for their own liability and property insurance.
• All refuse from your booth must be removed or disposed of properly by you before leaving the fest.
• Collection and submittal of sales tax is the vendor's responsibility.
• This is a rain or shine event.
• Vendors who cancel prior to the due date may expect a refund; cancellations after the due date will not result in a refund of the application fee.
• Please feel free to help advertise by listing the fest on your website or blog.


• MARC will publicize the event through local advertising, and other media outlets in the region.
• MARC will notify you at the email address provided in your application on the morning of the event if it becomes necessary to cancel the event for any reason.
• MARC will provide containers for disposal of non-hazardous fest refuse following the fest.


By submitting this application form I certify that all of the information submitted is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Any violation of the TERMS & CONDITIONS may result in my removal from the Family Farm Day Festival.

After submission and review of your application, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions for payment. The fee is $50 plus electric at $45 if needed.
