NON-PROFIT VENDORS

The Non-Profit Organization fee for a 10ft x 10ft site is $10. If needed, electricity at the site is an additional $45. Once the application has been submitted and approved, an invoice will be sent by email.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Please include your product description above including any merchandise for sale.
2. You may only setup between 8:00am and 9:30am on the day of the event.
3. All shelters, tents, tables, chairs, signs, and merchandise must conform to the 10ft x 10ft space. Any non-conforming space must be requested from and approved by MARC prior to the event.
4. All shelters, tents, tables, chairs and signs are your responsibility and will not be provided by MARC
5. All refuse from your booth must be disposed of properly by you before leaving the fest.
6. MARC assumes no liability for injuries or damage occurring from the event under any circumstances. Vendors will be responsible for their own liability and property insurance.
7. Collection and submital of sales tax is the vendor’s responsibility.
8. This is a rain or shine event.
9. You must comply with requests from MARC on the day of the event to ensure a safe and smooth operation of the EVENT.

MARC:
1. MARC will publicize the event through local advertising, and other media outlets.
2. MARC will notify you at the email address provided in your application on the morning of the event if it becomes necessary to cancel due to bad weather.
3. MARC will provide containers for disposal of non-hazardous fest refuse following the fest.

FEES:
Non-profit organization - $10 application fee.
